Who we are

Wildfall is operated by Wildfall Limited. We are responsible for how your personal information is used.

For privacy enquiries, contact adventure@wildfall.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you join our opening mailing list, we collect your email address and any optional information you provide, such as your name.

We use this information to email you about Wildfall’s opening, when bookings become available and related cabin-stay updates. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent.

Signing up is voluntary. If you do not subscribe, you can still browse our website.

We also keep consent, subscription and necessary technical and email-delivery records. We use these to operate the mailing list securely, demonstrate consent and respect unsubscribe requests, based on our legitimate interests in managing the service and meeting our data protection responsibilities.

Who processes your information

We use EmailOctopus to provide our signup form, store our mailing list and send emails on our behalf.

Some of its service providers process information outside the UK, with legal protections in place for international transfers. Details are available in EmailOctopus’s processing terms and service-provider list. Contact us for further information or copies of the relevant safeguards.

We do not sell your information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information while you remain subscribed and we continue to provide the updates you requested. We review the list annually and remove information that is no longer needed. If we discontinue the mailing list, we delete the subscriber information.

If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails. We retain only the limited information needed to record your withdrawal, demonstrate compliance and prevent further marketing to you, for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier use of your information unlawful.

You can ask us to stop using your information for direct marketing at any time.

You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information, limit its use or receive a copy in a transferable format, where these rights apply. You can object to uses based on our legitimate interests.

To make a request, contact adventure@wildfall.co.uk.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your information, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
